Go Polka Dots

Have you been Louis Vuitton flagship store on 5th Ave and 57 street in Manhattan recently? I have been there this weekend and I love its new facade and  stunning window displays.

I especially love this one. It was filled with red and white polka dotted tendrils emanating from the floor and ceiling like stalagmites and stalactites, surrounding a life-size wax statue of Yayoi Kusama herself. Yayoi Kusama is one of the most prominent contemporary artists in Japan. She is well known by using dense pattern of polka dots and nets, as well as her intense large - scale installation.

It's amazing how one person can own polka dots in such a manner. They are just great fun, enjoy!
